These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Landy’s website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
Landy is a technology platform providing artificial intelligence-driven real estate transaction services. The Services are designed to assist you in finding and purchasing real estate. However, Landy is not a real estate broker, agent, or advisor. Our Services are intended to complement and facilitate your real estate transactions, but we do not provide financial or legal advice.
You must be 18 years or older to use the Services. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement, have not been previously suspended or removed from our Services, and that your registration and use of the Services comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Accurate and up-to-date information is required for account registration.
Some features of the Services may require payment. All fees are non-refundable, except where otherwise stated, and must be paid in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you for those Services.
Landy incorporates a Software Licensing Fee of $149 for transactions successfully completed using our platform. This fee, distinct from the $49 Offer Delivery Fee, is for the licensing of Landy's proprietary software technology used in facilitating real estate transactions. It is payable by the buyer upon the successful closure of a transaction and is not a commission for real estate services but a charge for the use of Landy's software. This fee is integral to our service structure and is acknowledged as part of our Terms of Service upon engaging in transactions through our platform.
You are responsible for any content you provide through the Services. By submitting content, you grant Landy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content in connection with the Services.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or resources. Landy is not responsible for the content, products, or services on or available from those websites or resources.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (excluding User Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Landy and its licensors.
The Services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Landy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information available through the Services.
Landy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services.
Landy is operated by One World, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Puerto Rico ("One World"). References to Landy throughout these Terms of Service encompass the services and operations provided by One World, LLC. The use of Landy's website, mobile applications, and services constitutes an engagement with One World, LLC. All legal and operational responsibilities pertaining to Landy are managed and upheld by One World, LLC.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico in the United States of America. All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise noted.
Landy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
